 The theme of this video is safe/unsafe. In the city of Leipzig (former East Germany), I (as a foreigner) got strange eye contact with people in public space. So I represented the city as if it was watching you from the behind you, like the position of a foreigner or a stranger. I filmed it with a hidden camera in the city.
